The day consists of:

1. Initial pre-class phase. You do the management for her her: what to eat, what to drink, how to manage her toilet regime.

2. Her actual training during the school. Consists of 3 phases: Morning check, then you send her off to classes. Afternoon check, another chance to check her progress and make any changes to her condition (not her regime for the day, but option to release her from all the buildup). 3. After school at home time. That’s the time you purchase all the toys and drugs, and end the day.

Rinse and repeat, watching her attitude changing and stats increasing.

Important note – keep in mind she needs to release herself (pee/poop, not climax) once in a while. The more stuff she has in her the more desire to release. If it get too extreme (you have her ass plugged and feed to the brim, and refuse to let using restroom for example) she gets to the point that her stamina starting getting hit badly per tick ( every few seconds). Get her on a super strict rules way early in the game and you soft-lock yourself!

If her stamina gets down to 0 its the end of the day. If you didn’t remove plug/catheter, etc, and she overstuffed, and her stamina critically low, even if you change the rules in the morning, once you meet her – she might faint right away. You can’t remove shit (pun intended) and have to reload to an earlier safe.

So remember to use the afternoon check to release her bowels and bladder to a tolerable level if you running very strict rules until she can tolerate higher abuse.
