The "win" condition for the guy is to get her to surrender without killing her or losing his junk in the process. The way to do that is by stuff like stripping and groping. Punching is just to wear her out, but if she takes too much damage she dies (with great honor?). If the guy takes critical damage he can no longer get it up; from there the best he can fight for is to keep what he has left.
The boner state is an integral game mechanic. This is a high tier, realistic simulation.
