You lived with him the last 10 years, finishing high school and then working for his business. And you could have your life apart from this city forever….

But you are not the type of guy that runs away. Eventually, you make the decision to come back, and with the help of your uncle, you rent an apartment on Grizzly and try to make your life here. Will you succeed? or will you return to your uncle’s house with your tail between your legs? it’s all up to you.

The game is a Sandbox, heavily text-based. Centered on Gay romance. You’ll choose your own path in Grizzly Grove city. The main idea is to navigate and enter one of many storylines available, as well as explore the various locations through the city, meet various characters, and have some fun in the process. The city is full of hairy, daddy-looking guys (now you see why the grizzly on the game’s name?).. Let’s begin from the obvious: Gay Tag IS NOT avoidable. I’m aware of the of the vaginal sex tag, so if you still want to know about it, please read the Dev Notes section, there I explain almost every kink and fetish on this game.

At the moment, there are only two love interests completely implemented in the game: Dalton Jhonson, your landlord (and boss if you join JCS), and Garrett Kennedy, you MMA coach at the gym. More storylines will be added in the future.

Installation:

If you downloaded the zip version, just unzip and run the index.html file. It’s a browser game, and the one I recommend using is Firefox, but I also tested it in Chrome, Opera, and Edge.

It’s possible to get the offline version running on android. In order to do so there are two methods:

Method 1 (File Manager Plus)

Download File Manager Plus and Rar Apps. Both of them are free on the Play Store.
Using your browser of choice, download the latest version of the game off this post (I used Chrome)
Once you download the game, Open the Rar app and open the downloaded .zip file. Extract and take note of the folder you extracted to. I usually have something like Download/Grizzly Grove but you can put it wherever you like.
Open File Manager Plus. Navigate to the folder where is the game, and locate the Index.html file. When you open it on file manager plus, it will ask you to select the app to open it, I used Chrome.
It will open up the game in Chrome. Now you can play normally.

Method 2 (Joiplay)

Download Joiplay from their Patreon page (It’s not on the Play Store anymore. It’s still free on Patreon) and Rar (to open .rar and .zip files on Android) from the Play Store. They are free.
Using your browser of choice, download the latest version of the game off this post (I used Chrome)
Once you download the game, Open the Rar app and open the downloaded .zip file. Extract and take note of the folder you extracted to.
Return to joiplay, and click on the "+" icon on the corner of the screen. Give a name to the game and tell it where the HTML file is (is in the folder you extracted in the prior step). Optional: you can find an icon for the game on the media/general folder.
OPTIONAL: If you cannot save or load savefiles, go to Confuration->HTML. Enable all options. Save changes. Now you’ll be able to save and load savefiles.

Sex Worker Level 1 Storyline (Part 1: Neutral route)

This update corresponds to the 0.26 update, the first part of the lvl1 storyline for Ursus. It’s been a while since the airport incident happened, and the sense of dread upon you increases every day. You decide to take the initiative and hop inside an obvious trap to find out who was behind that kidnapping attempt and to unmask Elric and his allies. Will you be able to uncover what’s behind the recent kidnappings of sex workers on Ursus? Or will you become the last victim of this war? Only you can answer that. This update will showcase the final three neutral route tasks before locking Mack’s romance.

Also, this update Opens a brand new location: The GGPD Precinct 19, you may have visited it in the past when you were sent to Prison. Now you will see your favorite cops, with no risk of going to Prison! Also, if you progress deep enough on Ursus storylines, or ask Officer Mark about it, You’ll have a look into the infamous FISR project. Here, you can experience, at a deep level, what it is to be a dom or a sub. Beware, it may change your attitude very easily.

Changed the hacking in the GGPD section on the PC in your house. Now it requires 10 computer skill to unlock. You can consult your criminal record, but to erase it, it now requires 99 computer skill
Opened the Parking Lot random event in the world map (featuring officers Rex and Zack) for dom players, so they can meet him in the police station later.
Added the GGPD Precinct 19 Police station. It’s unlocked by default, and open 24/7. There you can Meet policemen you have met before.

Mark. Remember Officer Mark from the street robbery event? He can explain and show you your criminal record, list the different charges, explain how sentences are calculated, how serious are the different criminal offenses, and, if you haven’t started the Ursus storyline, unlock the FISR Project section of the station. Of course, you can also have sex with him if you choose to. There is no requirement to meet him, so he’ll be available from the start of the game.
Lance. You meet him in the first mission of Ursus, and if you go past certain points of the storyline (Hint: Mission 3…) you can have a sexy encounter with him.
Rex. You met him before at the random event in the Parking Lot. Now players can meet him in the Police station, and have another round with him and Zack or… Rex will propose a tag team with you against a thug named Lucio.
William: You meet him during the JCS Storyline, level 3. After you meet him for the first time, you can meet him in the Precinct.
Xon: You’ll also meet him at the same time as William. You will also find him in the Precinct after that. His scene is set apart from William’s.

Added a new section on Precinct 19 to access the head of the FISR Project, Nicholas Sawyer. To access it, you’ll need to know about FISR, either by talking to Officer Mark about it, or by completing the first mission of Ursus Storyline. To enter, ask Mike at Reception.

Once inside, you’ll meet Nicholas Sawyer, the one in charge of the project. You can ask him everything about the project

Also, you can ask him to participate in the Sub training. There are three scenes available. Nicholas will describe each scene with great detail, so you can make an informed choice.

Scene 1: Rex Ambrose. Remember Rex? Here you’ll have an extra scene with him. This time he’s gonna be.. rougher, and will try to break your mind. It’s a rather vanilla scene but with lots of humiliation parts.

William Smith. Remember William, the parole officer on JCS Storyline? Here he will be your master. A challenge from you will get you on his bad side. An angry police officer is something worth seeing. He has various kinks, including electro play and spanking

Nicholas Sawyer. Yes, the head of the project is willing to teach you about discipline. Probably the most strict master of the 3, he won’t hesitate to break you physically and mentally.

For players on the sub route of Ursus, and finished the fourth mission, if you ask Nicholas about the SX-06 pill, he can hand you the TX-01 to lower your submission, just like Ursus. The difference here is that he can give you the pills anytime.

Now, if you meet Rex at FISR, this will be mentioned in his talk in the precinct, AND if you meet him outside the station on the random event.

Just like Rex, if you meet William on FISR before you meet him on the JCS storyline, he will mention it if you meet him at the station. On the JCS storyline, a new option will be opened to finish it more easily, so it’s worth meeting him in FISR before you meet William in the JCS storyline to gain an "advantage" with him.

Added a section about FISR in the GGPD Help section (Places -> GGPD).

Added the temporary dom section in FISR. Here you’ll train 3 servants to improve their training. Each time you do so, you’ll get tons of Top Skill points (equivalent to the bottom skill points on the temporary servant section), a LOT of attitude points towards Dom, and 100$ (200$ if you do all the activities). Here though, you’ll have optional and mandatory activities. So let’s find out the boys:

Jake King. Jake will be a hot-headed bisexual, who didn’t have his first time with a man. You will be in charge of showing him, so to speak.

Howard James: A submissive slave, in need of special training. It has a mix of BDSM and vanilla sex.

Rodman Maxwell. Rodman is someone in need of a real, hard lesson. This will take you to the BDSM side completely. If you have Darius alongside you, he can take control during the whole encounter, making it very different from if you did it by yourself, which is an option too. Have fun being… strict with Rod. He requires a good dom.

Added three new tasks for the Neutral path on Ursus.

Task 3: A not-so-relaxing visit to the Sauna. Logan finally makes the move and requests a meeting with you. It’s a trap, but you have to enter into it if you plan to discover who’s behind him. If you succeed, you’ll have a scene with him.

Task 4: Return to Deeks abandoned complex. Here you’ll return to Deek’s abandoned complex, alongside Logan, to catch his boss. But Things may not go smoothly here. If you succeed you’ll have another scene with Logan.

Task 5: The two sides of a coin. Here you’ll fight Steve in a BDSM fight, where both of you will be pitted against each other. You’ll need all the skills learned through this career in Ursus to survive. If you succeed, you’ll have a chance to initiate Mack’s romance route (and a new scene with him). Alternatively, you can reject him and continue progressing through Ursus too.

Sex Worker Level 1 Storyline (Part 1: Sub route) (Hotfix a)

This update corresponds to the hotfix a for 0.25 Update. The cheat password is the same as 0.25 sub.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a major bug that prevents progress if you change from one storyline to another in Ursus. (For example, if you start out in the Dom storyline and switch to the sub storyline)
Fixed an instance where, if the game is installed on a path that contains "\temp\" it will throw errors.

Sex Worker Level 1 Storyline (Part 1: Sub route)
This update corresponds to the 0.25 update, the first part of the lvl1 storyline for Ursus. Here, you’ll face your fears as you descend deeply into submission, trying to retain your sanity and resist the urge to enslave yourself for good. The submissive test is still going on, your dick is locked and your mind is slowly drifting into a mindless slave. Will you be able to resist and get to your goal, of having Mack as your master? Will Elric manage to enslave you and get you out of his way? we’ll see. This update will showcase the final three sub route tasks before locking Mack’s romance.

Added four sex scenes of the Mall restroom to the VR Menu. As usual, they must be viewed at least once and unfortunately, are not retroactive, so you’ll have to view them one more time for them to unlock.
After task 2 on the Sub Path, four more tasks were added:

Task 3 – First Part (Sub Path): Blast from the Past: Logan is still unsure of hiring you, so he has a little test first. He and one friend want to have you for a simple sex encounter… with a twist.
Task 3 – Second part (Sub Path): Into the wolf’s den: After approving you in the last task, Logan waits for you at his house, asking for a fairly vanilla sex encounter. But it will turn into a very complicated mess real soon, with consequences in your mind.
Task 4 – The Dungeon Date (Sub Path): The time has come to face Logan on his dungeon, in a special sex battle scene. If you get your submission over 30, you’ll get a second saving roll in case you fail any of the rounds.
Task 5 – Life or Death (Sub Path): Whoever is behind Logan, kidnaps you. You must survive this encounter in order to start the relationship with your future master, Mack Williams. If you initiate the romance, a new and long scene will start.

After the second part of task 3, ‘s mind is changed. Now he runs the risk of getting himself enslaved if his submission reaches a critical level, and now he’ll start to have dreams at night, which gives some boosts to your sex skills (and gets you more submissive randomly). Your attitude cannot grow anymore, but it can go down to slave, and even worse, each time your attitude goes down, your submission rises. Of course, there is a way to keep your submission in control.

Another consequence of the Task 3 are two new events that were added when you roam around the map (like the TV show, or the restroom at the park).

The Gym Gangbang. Available from 19:00 to 7:00, it will make you the center of a "bonding event" for the clients of the gym. You’ll meet a familiar face from JCS, Tom.

The Hard Claw Motorcycle Workshop. Available from 7:00 to 19:00, here you will be the star of a BDSM scene where clients and staff will participate. Of course, you will be the one "fixed" here.

Also, after you beat task 3, Two new sleepwalking scenes were added. They happen, like the dreams, when you go to sleep. There are two on this update.

Return to the dungeon with Max. Remember Max? from the JCS storyline? Here you’ll meet a new side of him, and a hot BDSM scene too.

Hotel Threesome task. Here you’ll meet Miguel, who is about to drop his task with a difficult client. It’s up to you help him, or not.

Ever wonder what could have happened if you had Logan as a master? Now you can see. A new shorter ending with Logan is available at the dungeon scene. In order to trigger it, you must surrender to him OR lose the sex battle. Unlike other bad endings, this one has a sex scene and it’s an ending where you don’t die. Other short endings with other characters will be added later.

A new random event has been added: The toxic breakup. It’s available at any time during day or night.

You come across a couple fighting inside the restaurant. You can choose to intervene using your Intelligence, Computer, Muscle or Fighting Skills. If you succeed you’ll also gain more skill points towards that skill, and get to choose to talk to any of them. Leo is a bottom, and you’ll be the top if choose to go with him to his apartment. Troy is a top, and you’ll bottom for him if you choose to go with him.

Both of them are very toxic persons, not really dating material, but they are good for sex. The dialogues on this scene changes depending on your attitude, and even if you have unlocked Darius as a Dom.

The Save screen has been updated.

Now the saves are named as: Name LastName Month Day Hour. This will make easier to locate the save files.

The Autosaves are shown as AUTOSAVE Month Day. On the slot 1. Whenever the game autosaves, it will notify the player (usually when you start a new game or change day).

The icons here were changed, also a new Export/Import save feature was added.

What’s that about? simple, it exports all your saves in the browsers. I tested by exporting my saves on Firefox and importing them to Chrome, and worked perfectly. I do not take credit for this, this is part of a Sugarcube update (The story format I use for the game). All credits to TME for this, the man is a genius.

Sex Worker Level 1 Storyline (Part 1: Dom route)

Hello folks, this update corresponds to the 0.24 version of the game, the first part of the lvl1 storyline for Ursus. Here, you’ll slowly descend to the hell of the internal war raging in Ursus, dealing with your deranged bosses and their conspirations. Only the dom side with Elric as Love interest have the complete five missions of level 1, the sub and neutral routes with Mack end at mission 2, and will be continued on the next update.

Added "Taking a quick shower" option on the Ursus menu. As long as you have soap, you can get clean and recover some energy.
Added the first special task to advance the story on Ursus: Being a Cop is tough. On it you’ll disguise as a cop, but there is a huge risk on this task. To access it, you’ll need 10 job progress points and select the outside task option.
Starting from the second task, the storyline will diverge into three missions according to the attitude you had at the beginning:

Task 2 (Neutral Path): Final Cummination: Here, you’ll attend a client… at the Woodland International Airport. So get your luggage ready! Be careful though, one wrong choice and you may have a one-way trip to the game over screen. This is the end for neutral content for this update, it will continue on the next updates.
Task 2 (Sub Path): Sub Test #1, You won’t cum again: The sub test consists of getting locked in a chastity cage and attending 3 clients. The first client here is Dominic Alvarez along with his employee Fran. Do your best to keep them happy or it’s game over. This is the end for neutral content for this update, it will continue on the next updates.
Task 2 (Dom Path): Dom Test #1: Awakening your inner demon: The dom test consists of taking a pill, that augments your attitude to Master. Easy? nope, there are nasty secondary effects varying from person to person and the challenge is to survive until the pill effects wear down. The pill awakened a demonic roommate in your head, named Darius, and he has plans for you too. If you manage to survive the first night with him, you’ll gain him as an ally and probably won’t get a game over.

Optional Sub Task: Trevor Strikes Back. After completing task 2 (on sub path) and completed successfully the task of the first day, you’ll be given another task for Trevor. Mack does not like this task at all…

Optional Dom Task: A deal with a demon. After completing task 2 (on dom path) you’ll be given another task for Elric. Here your friend Darius must take charge to complete the client’s specific requirements.

After Task 2 on Sub path, you’ll be locked on a chastity device, altering most of the sex encounters around the city, getting comments from your sex partners and some fights won’t be available. You won’t be able to progress through the Vear Fist Tournament until you take it off later. It’s not recommended to save after mission 2 until the next update hits.

After Task 2 on Dom’s path, Darius will be your partner, at least in your head. He’ll add his impressions on almost everything, some fights and missions will be altered, and some encounters will be taken down by him (like the dom encounter in the mall restroom). Is worth noting that if you choose to proceed on Razor’s storyline, he’ll make your life a mess. He’ll also comment on every fight in the Bear Fist tournament. Also, your attitude is locked to Master until the pill effects wear down.

The third task on the dom side, will take you to an interview with someone out to eliminate you. The odds are NOT in your favor, you must trust in your pal advice to get through this, or you won’t see the light of day again. Also, your work as a slut must be flawless, or at least acceptable or it’s game over too.

The Fourth task, will take you as hostage in an hostile environment and you’ll face the man of the fourth task again, but now only one of you will survive, the loser will end as a slave, with his mind gone. You dominate, or it’s game over.

The final task of the standard sex worker level, the fifth mission, have some very important choices that will shape your destiny at Ursus. For the first time ever, the life of another human will be in your hands, but the right choice is not as crystal clear as it always been.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed a game-stopping bug when you finish the sentence in prison and you don’t join Razor’s gang. Now you can finish your sentence as you’re supposed to
When you skip work on Ursus, the game didn’t take account of it correctly, now it does. Additionally on Sundays the message "Late for work" should not appear (it still appears between 0:00 and 1:00 on Mondays, I’m still working on that)

Findom Storyline

This is the fourth hotfix for the 0.23 version, adding a complete storyline for Will and correcting some typos and bugs. Of course, our protagonist keeps being a slut that didn’t change.

Added a brand new storyline, with Will (William Armstrong) whom you already know in the Bear Fist Tournament. To begin it, go to the mall on Tuesdays between 8:00 and 9:00 to initiate it. Only characters with attitude lower than zero may initiate it.
The storyline consists on two dates, and the epilogue. Between dates, you must pay Will through your PC (a new program called -Domination.exe will appear). If you don’t pay the consequences may be really annoying, Will likes to be taken seriously. At least 4 new sex scenes with him awaits you.
Also, dialogues through the Bear Fist Tournament were altered to reflect your relationship with Will, even training with him. If you win the tournament, you’ll get another new sex scene with him

This is the Third hotfix for the 0.23 version, with a nasty bug corrected for the slut errrr… Sex Worker profession.
Bug Fixes:

Corrected a game stopping bug happening when the interview with Elric Adams at Ursus failed. After it failed, the player is supposed to ask Mack (At Marc-Us) the next day about a new chance. The option was there, but nothing happens once you click. It’s corrected now, now Mack will give you another date for an interview with Elric at Ursus

Added a fifth outside task: The Pervert Coach. The first of the two BDSM tasks on this level, it’s only available to dom players that have Elric as their boss. On it, You’ll be a nasty and pervert coach of your client, Owen. You’ll make him go through a rough gym session, which will end with a serious talk in your office where you’ll show him who’s the boss. That is, if you get rid of the idiots that will try to sabotage your training with him, you’ll need to use a lot of your abilities to not ruin the scene for the client
Added a sixth outside task: The Chair of Hell. It’s the second of the two BDSM tasks, and it’s only available to sub players that have Mack as their boss (neutral players or dom players won’t have this mission available). On it, you’ll take the role of a nasty security inspector, trying to inspect the client’s room (Tony and Aiden). If you anger them badly enough, they will make you their sub for a nasty BDSM session. But doing that will require you to use a lot of your abilities, they are not easy guys to anger.

Bug Fixes:

If you start the dom path with Elric on Ursus, you won’t meet Mack again at the mall. Neither in Marc-Us nor in the random event while hanging out at the mall

Ursus Inc. Sex Worker Storyline (Part1)

Hi folks! Welcome to the newest content update, focusing completely on the first half of the Ursus Sex Worker Storyline! Now you can be a slut… errr… Sex Worker. Here you’ll pursue two love interests, according to your attitude: Sub and Neutral players will be matched with Mack Williams, the CEO of Ursus, meanwhile, Dom players will have a different storyline pursuing Elric Adams, the Vice president of Ursus. Of course, to do that, you’ll have to stay alive, and persist through the hardships of the world’s oldest profession.

Modified Mack’s initial conversation at Marc-Us. To initiate the storyline, the first part of the interview will be held there. He’ll inform you about the requirements to access the job. The second part of the interview will be the next day at Ursus building, with the Vice President, Elric Adams, where he’ll "evaluate" your skills too.
Added the full first-day tour through Ursus Inc, where you’ll meet the whole cast of characters that will help you there: the Gym Instructor Duke, the Dungeon Grandmaster, Bruiser, and also your Sex Worker alias. Your main adversary will be revealed right there, and the first mission will begin, with a twist. On the first day mission, you’ll be presented with the basic mechanics of the tasks at Ursus.
After the first day mission, you’ll have access to the daily activities.

Change your Sex Worker alias at the IT department
The Ursus Gym. Here you can train muscle and fighting skills. Also, you can challenge the trainer here to have 2 scenes with him.
The Ursus Dungeon. Here you can train your kink skills (6 scenes) and train your attitude with two BDSM scenes.
The scenes included in the kink training section include:

Rimming (Top AND Bottom)
Armpit licking (Top AND Bottom)
Dildo Play (Top AND Bottom)

Developer Notes:

Time to talk about the kinks, fetishes and everything included in the game. Kink wise, everything besides Anal/Oral/Humiliation/Gay content is optional. Before each sex scene, you can activate/de-activate the parts you don’t want to see. Let’s say that in an scene you have Oral Top/Anal Bottom/Watersports , but you don’t want Watersports or Anal. You can simply de-select them, and they won’t show at all. Hell, besides certain sex scenes on the story, most sex scenes can be skipped completely if you don’t want to see them.

There are certain sex encounters forced by story, but even then you can choose to not see the media regarding certain kink you don’t want and even the text will be blurry on those. The idea is to make the game enjoyable even for the folks who are not into the sick kinks I’m into .

Now let’s go into each tag/kink, and explain how much is in the game:

GAY: This a gay focused game, with a gay MC. So yeah, not avoidable.

Fuck… ok. Let me get this straight: I’m not very into that fetish BUT I find the idea of having a rival to compete for your love interest fascinating. In the future, one storyline will feature it, (one of your love interest ex-BFs will fight against you for his ex) and if you lose, there will be even a sex scene involving the winner before the game over. But will be completely avoidable, and the game is so easy that the only way to see it is to lose intentionally. So yeah, I guess the game will get the tag in the future. But I want to be completely clear from this moment: It will be avoidable, as most of the kinks of this game. Optional kinks are a core feature of this game, and that won’t change. Ever.

A: Canonically, the MC is versatile, HOWEVER, most of LI and characters here are tops, so there is a lot of bottom scenes. There are some subs too, and I’m working to add more.

A: I know. Every kink other than vanilla sex is optional, and can be avoided. Even on BDSM mandatory scenes, you can opt to not see the media and blur the text by de-selecting the kink (and they come de-selected by default.).

A: NO. The advantages that patreon gets, are early access to the updates, and voting power on what are the future storylines (and the higher tiers may commision me for extra scenes). But the is, from the beginning a free game.

Q: How long will the public version be released compared to the patreon one?

A: Patreons get a 2-week headstart on every content update. After that I will update here, on discord and itch.

Q: What Love interests are there?

A: As of 0.20, the only romance options finished are Garrett Kennedy (your fighting coach) and Dalton Jhonson (your landlord and boss on the JCS storyline). More will be added in the future, like Mack Williams (the owner of Ursus Brothel) and many others I won’t spoil here.

Q: Can I have more than one love interest?

A: No. Once you’re set on one, the others lockout. Unfortunately, this is not an harem game.

Q: I can’t access X place, or meet Y Person!

A: There is a complete walkthrough on the help section of the game, it should clear almost every doubt.

Q: I can’t run the game! what can I do?

A: The game was developed with desktop platforms in mind, at a base resolution of 1280×1024. I tested it on windows 10 on Firefox (recommended), Chrome, Edge, and Opera. Linux and MacOSX SHOULD work but I have no idea if they work, so more feedback is welcome.

On Mobile, I managed to get it running on android (I tested it through joiplay using NOX emulator on PC) and more recently, I ran it on an old android tablet using Chrome so I can say it works on android, but may be uncomfortable to play on devices with smaller resolutions (like smartphones). On iOS was difficult. I have an old iPhone 5S, with iOS 12 and safari, and the game doesn’t run there. My guess? if you have another browser than safari it might work, but I’m not sure.

One note: The game uses a lot of webp images and webm vids, so it’s recommended that your browser supports them. The only browser that gave me problems was Safari on iOS 12. I’ve read that on MacOSX (and iOS 13 and later) Safari supports it but I can’t check if it’s true.
